This 30,000 square foot facility in upstate New York includes two barns,
a riding arena, a hot walker, an office, and apartment facilities, as well as storage for service vehicles and hay. The
design was in context with the existing buildings on this historic dairy farm estate, while also presenting a modern,
up-to-date and picturesque equestrian facility. While employed as a Project
Manager by Blackburn Architects, PC, Michael Hall was the primary designer, overseeing all phases of design, technical
detailing, and construction on this project. Photographs courtesy of Farm Development Corp.
